Pathway Assay Matrix
Cell NetwoRx's proprietary, high-throughput PAM™ platform utilizes an identified array of targets, translated into the measurement of cellular multi-target node activity. PAM™ is a modular screening system incorporating robust functional cell based assays to provide quantitative measurement of small molecule activity against eight or more pathway target nodes.
Our approach is uniquely suited to multi-target optimization of the small molecule drug leads or repositioning of failed drugs against the functional activity fingerprint of the disease pathway. This uniquely integrated process we will reduce early stage drug discovery by up to two years and provide relevant biomarkers to increase success rates at the clinical stage.
